As you progress with The Journal, you can graphically highlight each milestone you have reached (e.g., colour the circle of the completed step or the given week) to see the accomplishments you have already achieved.

A template to help you capture the essence of your intentions and to support your attunement and your inner confidence to accomplish them.

How to work with The Template?

Print it out and fill it in for each of your bigger intentions. Why? Your answers to the questions can help you realise on a deeper level why you actually want to achieve your goal and give you the confidence for its realization.

You can then hang the completed template in a place that often catches your attention during the day and thus have the opportunity to remind yourself of your intention at any time and to internally tune in to its realization (e.g., when you wake up in the morning). This can help you attract everything you need into your life while taking the right steps forward.

TIP: The questions in this template will become clearer to you after you go through the preparatory stage in The Conscious Journal. At the end of this stage, i.e., in step 9, you set your intention for the next 90 days of conscious creation with The Journal, and this can be your first intention that you define with the help of this template.

How to work with infographics?

Print it out and hang it in a place that often catches your attention during the day to support and motivate you on your mindful journey.

In the morning or even now and then during the day, remind yourself of the lifestyle pillars you've chosen. You don't always have to read the entire thing, but you can leave it up to how you feel about it in the moment. Later on, it will be enough for you to realize that some of the pillars are there and the necessary details will "jump" into your mind.

Feel free to pick just one thing out of the whole pack, e.g., processing your emotions, and focus on it in practice. You can be aware of the rest "in the background" without trying to implement everything right away.

So don't worry that you might not even follow most of it or it won't work right away. It's natural, every change takes time.

Tip: Try asking yourself: "Which of all this would help me the most? What should I focus on first?" And you'll see that you'll be clear about it...
